entwood Place, a major Midwestern Peruvian horse breeding ranch
was founded in 1980 by Dr. Gail Benson, an orthopedic surgeon.

The ranch has specialized in Southern Peruvian bloodlines famous for elegance, arrogance, gait,
strength and beauty. A herd of over 60 makes this one of the Midwest’s largest Peruvian herds.

                    Show competition is considered an essential part of our strategy to improve. Our herd sires are in the elite
                    of National Show winners.

                   CO PILOTO TB (*Piloto x *Dulzura by Regional) was the 1993 U.S. NATIONAL CHAMPION BREEDING
                   STALLION. His foals have won two National GET OF SIRE AWARDS. This magnificent stallion was our
                   foundation stallion and is now deceased.

                  DrB EL CID (DrB Acero by Co Piloto x Lisa by EL PALOMILLA) was the 2002 U.S. NATIONAL CHAMPION
                  OF CHAMPION BREEDING STALLION and in 2001 he won the STALLION CONFORMATION and BEST BOSAL
                  STALLION awards.

                 *ERM SICILIANO (ERM Premiere x Dona Leli) was the RESERVE CHAMPION BREEDING STALLION in three
                  National Shows.

                  DRB PASION (Co Piloto TB x Eliana by Suspiro) was the 2002 U.S. NATIONAL CHAMPION OF CHAMPION
                  PLEASURE STALLION

                 Our trainer is Ruben Sanchez. He learned his skills in Peru on the ranch of Manuel Sanchez.
                 His grandfather was a master trainer in Peru.

                  Our ranch is located on the outskirts of Sioux Falls, South Dakota on two major interstates 29 and 90.
                  The airport is served by DELTA, ALLEGIANT, UNITED AND NORTHWEST airlines. A guesthouse is
                  located on the ranch and is open to clients visiting us.
