November 1, of current year	Registration of next year’s Futurity Sires.
January 1	Nomination of Foals born during preceding year.
March 1	Foals born during preceding year, not nominated become forever ineligible.  Foals must be nominated by this date to ever compete in the Futurity.  If they are never nominated, they cannot re-qualify.
May 1	Renomination of Futurity Competitors already nominated.
August 1	Horses not renominated become ineligible. If fees are not paid in full by the closing date of each year (or by August 1st, if late fees are included), the nominee will be disqualified from the Futurity. The nominee may re-qualify by paying all back fees and late fees plus a $500 penalty.
